Without assistance from external legal counsel, global e-commerce giant Amazon has successfully seized more than 240,000 counterfeit products across three operations in China.
The counterfeit items seized, which ranged from luxury products and sporting goods to automobile products, infringed on the intellectual property of global brands such as Hugo Boss, Puma, Under Armour, BMW, Porshe and General Motors.
