In any open world game, there's bound to be something that players discover that wasn't intentionally put in place by the developers. The sheer scope of open world games often results in gameplay quirks and oddities that weren't caught before release, and gamers sometimes take advantage of these bugs, generally for a gameplay advantage.
Of course, there are also bugs that have no major impact on gameplay but are fun to attempt. Such is the case with one GTA Online player who managed to get their car inside a store.

In general, stores in GTA Online like clothing shops and barber shops are a relatively safe place to be. While some griefers may do things like block entrances and exits with cars or camp outside waiting for players, usually players don't need to worry about getting run over in a store. However, Reddit user ANIMEGA468 shared a video with fellow players of their car stuck inside a locked clothing store, which puzzled some players as to how they got it in there in the first place.
In reality, retrieving the car would have been easy enough, but this player is just having some fun. The GTA Online player decided to demonstrate their entrance to the building after commenters expressed confusion. In a second clip, they can be seen wedging their car into the entrance of the store, with both doors pinned open. The car can be seen colliding with the doors as it shakes around while ANIMEGA468 attempts to get indoors. Eventually, the car jolts forward and lands on its roof in the middle of the store, where the player was able to flip it back over and drive around a bit.
There isn't much of a point to an exploit like this beyond simply having fun, but ANIMEGA468 and other users seem to be amused by it. It's a trick that clearly would only work with small cars, and may require a little luck, as colliding with another object for long enough could potentially cause the GTA car to explode, instead. Even then, once inside, getting the car out again without sending it back to the player's garage might not be possible.
There's a lot of things to do in GTA Online, but that doesn't stop players from finding ways to create their own fun with odd moments like these. Glitches in GTA Online often cause hilarious results, like sending a player flying after colliding with a gate, or a car randomly drifting upon entering a garage and squashing the mechanic in the process. As long as GTA Online is playable, players will probably keep discovering weird things like this to play around with.
Grand Theft Auto Online is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
