LuisaViaRoma, an online luxury fashion retailer, will be opening its first U.S. retail location in New York City.
The 13,000-square-foot space, located at 1 Bond St. in NoHo, includes 8,000 square feet of ground floor space and 5,000 square feet of space on the building’s lower level.
Asking rent was $250 per square foot, and the lease is long-term.
DH Advisors’ Dan Harroch represented LuisaViaRoma in the deal.
The landlord, 1 Bond LLC, was represented by Retail by Mona’s Brandon Singer, Michael Cody, Max Kreinces and Suzanne Bernstock.
LuisaViaRoma, which is has its headquarters in Florence, was founded in 1929 by Luisa Jaquin and Lido Panconesi.
The online luxury fashion retailer offers a curated selection of more than 600 luxury brands, according to its website.
“This deal is proof positive of the strength of Manhattan’s retail market: luxury retailers continue to lay stakes here, and online brands consistently look to New York City first when they’re looking to establish a brick-and-mortar presence,” Singer said in a press release.
